Clean, spacious and great value for money

The room was quiet and had A/C which kept us cool at night. The location is maybe further away from the main attractions, but there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby which cater to tourists. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Overall a good place to stay for a cheap but comfortable time in Budapest.

Staying elsewhere is dangerous.

I strongly advise against this place to anyone. LISTEN TO ME, DO NOT BOOK HERE. Degraded building, it looks like a dump, dirt and trash everywhere. I was terrified to open the door to go up to the apartment because there were really strange people around. I spent a sleepless night because there were people in the building (high on alcohol or something else) who shouted, sang, and made noise all night long. I informed the reception, and without even an apology for what was happening, I was told that these people did not belong to their rooms and they could do nothing about it. I had a small child who was exhausted from the long journey, and at 4 in the morning, we still had not closed our eyes. Imagine a surreal situation where I wanted to escape and call the police, but we had just arrived in a big city without knowing the language, and we had to endure this situation.
Moreover, the rooms were never cleaned in three days, and only one towel was provided per person. The beds are not beds but classic sofas (not sofa beds). IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE STAYING HERE.

Excellent place to stay

Great location for the attractions we wanted to see. Clean and friendly accommodation, rooms were excellent and good value.
Hotel staff were all very helpful and polite.

Amazing.

We were amazed and impressed by our stay. The location is very central, right by the ruin bars and with lots of nightlife, takeaways, restaurants and bars at your doorstop. The train station was a 20minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was fantastic. It was spacious, well decorated, clean and the bed was very comfy. We had all the basics we needed. Despite being so close to the lively nightlife of Budapest, we had no issues with noise.
