Bad experience
Super clampy place. Very dirty and worn. Very small. The walls were lubricated into cramped running spots.
Everything was broken: the only lamp there was, the table lacked a leg, the sink did not stick to the wall.
The one “double bed” was a static electric thin plastic mattress right under the ceiling. It was hot in January. There was no service in the “kitchen” which was pressed into the hallway. The electric kettle was the mould.
Absolutely no internet anywhere.
The female employee was super aggressive and helpless.
We hurried on to another equally cheap and much better hotel.
It is under no circumstances a place for children!!
We'll never come again.

More than terrible experience
Nothing can be said about the strategic position, a two minute walk away you will find the metro and bus stops as well as the thousands of scooters scattered throughout every area of the city.
Ok let's get into the details.
We arrive and in a nearby office we check in and pay, they give us a sheet with the access codes for the door of the building, the one of the "house" and the one of the room. (Please don't lose these codes!!!)
We go up to the second floor of a building and, walking along a corridor onto a terrace, we already realize that we probably won't find a nice surprise.
We enter the apartment and immediately find the common area with a small table, a filthy pseudo-kitchen with cobwebs dangling from the chandelier on a shelf on which there are some small household appliances (iron, and a piece of paper on which there is written to return the phone).
We enter the room and are greeted by a strong exhaust smell coming from the bathroom. I open the door and find myself inside a micro smelly bathroom with a mini sink, a shower with a filthy curtain and two 40x60 blue towels (blue in my opinion to cover any dirt) and, crucially, 1/2 roll of toilet paper.
The beds look like those in military dormitories, thin mattresses, dirty blankets, sheets full of hair, yellowed pillows.
At that point my partner and I looked at each other and said :"ok let's find another place, it's difficult to find worse than this".
Then after much hesitation we decided to stay "WE JUST HAVE TO SLEEP SOMEWAY".
I won't go into more detail but to make a long story short I had to send an email 3 days after our arrival to have us bring toilet paper, two towels (these were white and visible dirt) and to have us empty the bucket. This is the synonym that have never passed and will never pass through the room for the entire duration of your stay.
Ahhhhh!!!! The walls are not soundproofed so you will hear everything that happens outside your room (people coming in, people going out, people having breakfast in the common room).
I'm not saying they have to spend every day making the bed, but they could at least give it a refresh every now and then.

Worst experience ever
When we left the apartment they billed our card for 100 euros because they found an IQOS cigarette in the bin. We emptied trash from our bags to the bin (that's what is bin for, right) and in that trash was IQOS cigarette. So they dug in our trash and billed our card based on that with excuse how that is penalty for smoking in room even if we didn't smoke. So after our return to the apartment and our request for an explanation of how they can bill our card like that. (They didn't even notify us about that, we just receive notification from the bank). They said they are sorry and they will send us the money back. That didn't happen. So please be aware, that they are SCAMMERS and they will try to scam people whenever they are able to do a scam. And never leave them card details because they will find a way to bill your card.

BIG NO!
1) Starting from the check-in, we paid more money than Booking.com was asking.
2) After that, we entered the room no. 3 which was terribly small for a Double Room, as it was mentioned. Thin, dirty, scrapped walls, with weird red stains on the wallpaper and yellow stains on the inside of the blankets. Spider webs and an awkward thin tulle curtain which perfectly completed the mess. As if all these were not enough, when we lied on the bed to rest from our long trip, we realized that the mattress was so thin that we could feel the wooden planks underneath. So frustrating just for our first night.
3) No amenities at all, meaning no soap, drinking water, nothing. Also, just one pair of small towels for two persons, which made no sense. We sent an email and had two more the next morning.
4) Cleaning service came LITERALLY 4 days after we arrived + an e-mail we sent to request it!! And there was neither a mop to do it ourselves so the small bathroom's floor was full of dirt until then.
The only thing that was good is the location but truly, it just doesn't worth it.
We're completely frustrated.
Very good location
