Vacanza piacevolissima

Struttura nuovissima fuori dal centro e dal caos cittadino. Stanze super pulite e profumate, fornite di tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno. Ben arredato. Angolo colazione ben fornito (tostapane, bollitore, macchina per il caffè e stoviglie varie). Personale gentile e disponibile. Decisamente una struttura che consiglierei.

Bad experience: mold in the room, insufficient heating and impassable access road. Not recommended.

My partner and I stayed at "Le due torri country house" for two nights last week, but the experience was unfortunately bad in every respect. If you are looking for comfort and relaxation, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
Here are the critical points found:
1. Room conditions: Upon our arrival we found a room soaked in mold and moisture. Hygiene was a big disappointment: one of the pillows was visibly dirty, a detail unacceptable to any accommodation facility.
2. Air conditioning and heating: despite the cold temperatures, we were forbidden to use the air conditioner (according to the property usable only in summer). We were forced to rely only on radiators that, despite being at their maximum, could not heat the room, leaving us in the cold throughout the stay.
3. Reception non-existent: check-in was totally anonymous. No welcome, no assistance; we had to do everything independently without ever meeting any of the staff.
4. Dangerous accessibility: The uphill road to the facility is in dire condition, full of cracks and deep potholes. During the first manoeuvre to turn into the car park, the car even stalled, making the arrival unnecessarily stressful.
In summary: The structure appears to be neglected and would need urgent maintenance, both as regards the external greenery and the road surface, both for the renovation of the rooms. It is not a place that offers the minimum of comfort required for a pleasant stay. Absolutely not recommended.
