Fantastic place to stay in Pisa - highly recommended! :)

Fantastic place to stay in Pisa!
We were looking for a good place to stay 1 night, that would be centric, comfortable and with a good quality-price ratio. Bed&Tower surpassed our expectations: it’s super well located (just a few minutes from the Tower and the main monuments), the room was very spacious and comfortable and the staff was lovely. It’s THE BEST price vs quality place that we have stayed in during our trip. Highly recommended for a nice time in Pisa :))

Good location, terrible customer service!

Location was great, literally just few minutes walking from the tower, but customer service was terrible. I booked through their webpage, followed all the steps and receiving a confirmation email. I emailed them before boarding to confirm my check-in time and I got back an email saying that my booked room was given to someone else as they haven’t got a notification from google! Their offer was a room with bathroom outside or a list of other places where to go (which were mainly fully booked and Not on the same budget boundaries. One of the options was the grand hotel). We opted for the room with the bathroom outside which was alright, but really noisy. They did not offer a discount or a complementary breakfast. Also at the check-in the woman was not really friendly, we talked about the bad experience she first said that the reason why they had send names of other accommodation was because they knew we were going to be unhappy, although they didn’t do anything to make us happy! When I told her it was not the first bad review about customer service here on TripAdvisor also said that the structure is not aligned with the TripAdvisor . However both on the main door and on the desk in front of the main door they had sticker of TripAdvisor. Gave us a wrong start to our holidays! I will not risk it again with them!

Terrible customer service

The hotel didn’t contact me directly (until 24 hours before my flight) that I couldn’t check in at 12:30am.
When I asked for a refund because I didn’t haven’t anywhere to sleep, they declined.
They had 2 months to contact me directly but instead waited until 24 hours before—so I would have to pay a cancellation fee, to tell me.
So awful.

Stay in pisa!

We had a very pleasant experience on our one night stay in bed and tower. Lisa was a great host and made sure we were comfortable and and helped us with all our requirements. We had a very clean and spacious room which had a private bathroom attached.we also had access to the kitchen which was well equipped and had coffee and snacks available to use. The best part was how convenient the location was as there were many cafes and restaurants all around along with carrefour supermarket just right next to the main entrance. Also you can just walk your way to explore the leaning towers which is just a few minutes away. This place is great for travelers looking for a budget friendly stay.

Great room, limited breakfast

Great clean room with shared kitchen and small terrace. Location was splendid. We got a 5€ voucher for breakfast, which is in the cafe down the street. I'd say that's pretty limited for a B&B. Besides this good experience.
