Maximum kindness and availability
I had a great time. Clean room and bathroom. Nice environment with nice guests from all over the world. Very nice common areas. Kitchen equipped with dishes, condiments, microwave and refrigerator. Vending machine for drinks. Maximum availability demonstrated with me and other guests in keeping our luggage and even allowing us to stay in the common areas after check out. If I really have to find a flaw... the bathroom light would be better if it were turned on from the inside, because, turning it on from the outside at night, when you open the door and then, when you go out, at night, you dazzle your companions of room.

staff at Hostel Pisa Tower acted dishonestly
The staff at Hostel Pisa Tower acted dishonestly. Even though I cancelled my reservation within the free cancellation period, they still charged my credit card the full amount for a stay that never took place. I have requested a refund but have not received it. Be careful when booking this place, and I would recommend avoiding it.

Low experience
The photos show everything except the rooms.
in the few photos where you see the beds these are already made but it's not how you find them, I mean when we arrived we found the beds without the sheets, we had to put them.
Then there was a gentleman who would not stop talking at 11:30 pm outside the room definitely to the balcony which is right above the room and you could hear everything, you could not sleep
Change the name a bit or agree with hotel pisa tower because you get confused (this is hostel pisa tower, not HOTEL)
for this problem we wasted time going first to another and then to this

Loud & bad water pressure
Location was theoretically good, but the room was very small for 6 people with no ventilation. We had to keep the window open for the night to get fresh air, but the traffic sounds were so loud from a busy street next to the hostel, that if felt like if I was sleeping next to the highway. Also the female dorm was next to the front door and reception of the hostel and there was a crazy homeless person banging on the front door of hostel from 4:30 am onwards till 7 am shouting loud. The water pressure in the shower was so bad, that it is not suitable for hair washing, luckily I did not need to wash my hair, but if I would have needed to wash it, I would have been in trouble. The toilet in the bathroom was accessible toilet - which is OK I understand - but it is not really suitable for a female with an average heigh (163 cm), because it is too heigh and it is difficult not to get in contact with it. The lockers have no padlocks, you have to bring your own, but it is not written anywhere. They gave me one for free though which was kind. The young lady who checked me in was super nice (she is 5/5 awesome) , this review is not for her.

BEDBUGS - DISHONEST OWNER ANTONIO
Soooo many BEDBUGS. They act like they don’t know but if you google it, it’s been reported many many times. I saw the bedbugs just anfter midnight when one of the dorm guests came in and turned on the light. It was SHOCKING. I tried contacting the hostel staff (they don’t stay the night at the hostel (probably because of the bedbugs?!??) and moved to another hotel. I returned in the morning and asked for a refund. The cleaning lady called Antonio (the owner) and I told him about my experience. He Was very apologetic and said that this was the first time it’s been reported (LIE). I asked for a refund for the hotel I actually stayed at and he said “yes of course”. Antonio hasent done anything yet. Bad dishonest owner Antonio. BAD.
