Dirty, no help or service, left after 5 minutes

The only good thing about this place is the location. It’s dirty filthy, smashed bugs still on the wall, dust everywhere, at least they give you an electric mosquito swatter but that was probably left by the people that used the room before. Self check in with no instructions just a bunch of keys on the table with no notes, no email, just chaos. Air condition is a poor excuse for a machine. Room is also furnished from the 1950s, which I wouldn’t mind if it was clean but it was terrible. We left immediately, didn’t even unpack. Owner refused a refund and was very rude to my girlfriend.

Leave all hope, you who enter

On the edge of the surreal, located in the center (only positive thing the location), the room does not respect at all the hygienic / sanitary conditions. I don't know where to start to make the picture complete.... from the stains on the walls for the massacre of mosquitoes, to the smelly, dirty and rusty fridge, but above all the horror movie bathroom.... Dilapidated, moldy and unusable tank... I attach photos. We wanted to escape but, arrived by chance late in the evening and for a night of support, we had this nightmare experience.... Never again!!!!!

Nightmare hotel

Nightmare hotel, it couldn't have been a better title. Aside from the location, what we found once we entered our triple was just to forget. In my opinion this facility should be closed for hygienic conditions especially for those of us traveling with children. Upon entering the room a sewage smell coming from the bathroom accompanied us for the entire duration of our stay. In the non-compliant bathroom, given the absence of a bidet, the bathtub drain was completely clogged with hair from other guests, terrifying and the tub was small and therefore very difficult to wash, especially children. On the beds above the pillows there were faux fur pillows that were once white and I think had never been washed over the years because they were now black. Never stayed in such a dirty structure, among other things, a triple paid in gold, 400 euros for two days, a real robbery.
