Perfect location

Lovely apartment in the heart of San Marco.
In contact with Gino for a couple of weeks before our stay giving instructions to us and directions very helpful. Met in the square by Mario who took us to the apartment only 2 minutes walk and went through everything with us even tho his English and our Italian was not good we managed.
The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable with all kitchen equipment you could need if eating in. The bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin clean and comfy. The bathroom again spotless clean only negative is the shower cubicle was a little on the small side I managed but my husband is tall so not so easy for him. The water was hot all the time.
The wifi was excellent.
Well worth the money good to be able to pop back during the day to cool off get a cold drink and rest 10 mins.

Perfect location

This was a great location to stay in Venice. Right round the corner from St. Mark’s Square so you could pop back if you needed to.
We contacted to ask if we could leave luggage earlier (which we could) and we were met with good directions and shown around.
Comfortable and clean...would definitely stay here again.

Best location

Want to stay in the heart of Venice in a clean, modern amenity , flat. Great for family. Two bedroom, full kitchen, and touches of Venetian charm. Beautiful Murano chandlers throughout, great AC and all the supplies you need. Owner meets you in square to show you the way. Just 100 feet behind square.
We had a water problem, had the shower shut off as I was rinseing! But a text to owners and they were there. Not their fault. City working on outside pipes.
I would stay here again. Location, safe, clean , large, very Venetian ! Only negative...get a coffee pot. Imagine that only negative with coffee shops out the door. Lol.

A comfortable apartment in an ideal location!

The location of this apartment is incredible. From it, you can walk about 100 steps and be in San Marco square. Once inside, however, there is very little noise (a bit from neighboring apartments, but this was not a big issue). There are many amenities, such as high-quality cookware and dishes, a very comfortable bed, plentiful closet space, a washing machine, and a water filter that allowed us to drink water directly from the faucet. The owner's communication via email was excellent. I received prompt replies to all of my inquiries, and my wife and I received a friendly greeting and assistance when we arrived at the vaporetto station close to the apartment. I HIGHLY recommend this property, especially for a couple.

Dipende da quello che si cerca

Dovessi riprenotare non lo farei, l'appartamento manca di fascino e non offre il servizio di deposito bagagli. Inoltre la location che è in effetti uno dei punti di forza (a 1 minuto da p.zza San Marco) si rivela non così vincente se devi trovare un buon ristorante o un bar di qualità dove fare colazione. Tuttavia con 4 posti letto, cucina ed elettrodomestici, è un posto perfetto per una famiglia. Bagno carino, letti confortevoli, tutto molto pulito.
