The room was very warm. A/C not working. Shower backed up during each use. Overhead light in the bathroom was out. We didn't receive any instructions about the lock box with the key. We had to call a number on the locked door. Was suppose to be a free shuttle to airport. Had to pay 5 euros per trip.

Appearances can be deceiving, and Villa Crispi in Mestre is a glaring example of this. From the outside, the structure looks nice and appealing, but once you cross the threshold, the nightmare begins.
Inside, the structure is completely neglected:
Indecent rooms: The rooms are not renovated, and the furniture is old and covered in dust. The carpet on the floor is visibly dirty, stained, and full of accumulated dust (a nightmare for those who suffer from allergies). The curtains were also clearly dirty.
Nonexistent comfort: The mattresses are old, worn out, and incredibly uncomfortable. Moreover, there are no screens on the windows, making it impossible to change the air without being overwhelmed by insects.
Air conditioning is broken: As if that weren't enough, the air conditioning was broken and practically nonexistent, turning the room into an oven.
Disappointing hygiene and services: The bathroom was dirty upon our arrival, and the facility's policy allows for towel changes only every three days. Breakfast? Not provided, as absolutely nothing is offered.
Nonexistent management: The staff at the reception is perpetually absent, making any communication or request for assistance difficult.
The price charged is definitely too high for the total lack of services, comfort, and hygiene they offer. I do not recommend it to anyone and I will never return. Organize elsewhere!

Perfect solution for business stays

Great value for money for this property he is in an area close to the center of Mestre but very quiet.
I found, in particular, Mrs. Carla very kind and accommodating meeting all my needs.
I will definitely return to Villa Crispi!

It was fine. I paid $40 and it was worth that. Bedding felt clean, but was very worn. Bathroom had some black spots.
