A pearl in the center of Vilnius
I stayed with my group of friends for three nights at this property (especially in the attic upstairs) and our judgment is more than positive!
The apartment is renovated and tastefully decorated, it is not great but we were comfortably in 6, sometimes also taking advantage of the kitchen that was well stocked. In fact, there are induction plates, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and set of main dishes.
Comfortable bathroom although not windowed but equipped with a vacuum cleaner.
The location is very central and allows in a few minutes to walk to the city center and the main attractions. Nearby also supermarket and various activities, such as pubs, a couple of which also have an agreement and will grant a small discount.
The host was very kind in the preliminary stages of booking, he showed us how to proceed to check in online and later gave instructions to arrive at the property (and then be able to leave it) independently.
Definitely competitive price.

We booked online through booking.com and the communication was quite straight forward in how to get into the apartment. It is very spacious, felt clean and in a very convenient location. It does need a little maintaining, wobbly tables and squeaking doors etc. I think the main concern is that it was advertised as a three bedroom apartment and one bedroom is basically an apartment to itself, one is a spacious room to itself and one is a sofa bed in the hall way/kitchen. If that was a bed instead it may have felt a bit more fair. I say this because if you are three friends sharing the cost equally it’s not really fair as one person will be better off over the other. However if going as a family then it wouldn’t matter as much. The beds are comfortable, plenty of seating scattered around. Good amount of towels, toiletries, and felt very safe there. We would all happily stay there again.

nice clean apartment, everything modern , very close to town, bed not great but for one nights bargain price cannot complain. instructions for entry quite straight forward , nice shower and evertything included for a small apartment

Beautiful apartment in a central location
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights for a bargain price in the Art House wing, studio 6. This is a large studio with a separate bathroom in the hallway, which we were a little dubious about as we are fiercely private, clean people and dislike shared facilities but we need not have worried at all.
The lovely Giedrius met us at the gates, checked us in, took payment & gave us lots of information about the old the old town on arrival.
The studio itself was beautiful - full of old antiques, pretty details & pointers to it's previous role as an art gallery. The whole room is surrounded by large windows overlooking the quiet garden & courtyard and a view of the cathedral tower in one direction. The heating was on and never because too warm or too cool.
There is also air conditioning, use of lovely snuggly chenille gowns and slippers too to make you feel very much at home here.
Not a single sound can be heard from the street and surrounding areas thanks to its internal location and we slept really well in the lovely big bed. It definitely felt like a home from home here. The Lidl on the main Street 10 mins walk away ensured we had breakfast all sorted each morning and the cooking facilities and utensils on offer were perfect.
As previously mentioned, the bathroom is in the corridor outside the studio which is only a problem at night as it is rather chilly & it does involve leaving your room but it's fine for a few nights. Note that is very narrow so bear this in mind if you need privacy to apply body lotion etc and don't want to go back to the room to do such things as there's absolutely no room for manoeuvre once you're out if the shower.
For the right price we'd definitely return to Vilnius and the beautiful Satva apartments.
