Great hotel. Newly funished, clean, comfortable beds, air conditioners that work well, nice pool onsite, restaurant onsite that is affordable with room service options. While the hotel itself was great, the location is questionable. Poor rundown neighbourhood that might be off-putting to some guests. All in all, I had a great stay, and would consider returning.

The bathroom stinks horrible, staff okay, not very friendly to be honest. The area for this hotel is horrible!!!!!!!!

We had multiple rooms and 4 days. The room was clean ; but various amenities were not working like either TV or warm water.
They also charge a cash room tourism tax .

RENOVATED, GOOD PRICE AND CLEAN HOTEL

The hotel was renovated to how I had visited a few years ago, it was very beautiful and for the price is very good (35 USD). It has air conditioning, clean and functional bathroom with sink outside the toilet and shower; which makes it practical. The bed is quite comfortable, the room is good size, has tv and the hotel has a pool, beds, tables and umbrellas, as well as good size parking inside and outside the hotel itself. What I was NOT pleased with is that they had the rooms available and did not allow me access, the hotel was semi-empty and I asked the girl from the administration the reason for not giving me access. She squirted dizzily at me about the system she uses and the afternoon one. Claiming that she was unable because she can only check outs and not ins; anyone who knows computer science knows that is a lie. Something I always tell the guys at the reception in the various hotels is that if you already have the room available and the guests come wanting to rest, then give them the room. It's easier for the client to come back with those little details than to give it to them until 3. Less wanting to charge half a fee for giving them the room at 10; as I question: You don't charge them cheaper because the guest leaves early or very early, do you? That kind of detail many midsize hotels neglect and lose customers.
