Terrible

To start my reservation was changed due to renovation.
The reservation was for 4 people. Upon arrival the room had one set of bath towels when inquired about more was told to wait until the next day. When room was cleaned we were given one set of towels this was the process every day of our stay. The rooms are hot can’t control the temperature and the door has cracked on the bottom allowing air to

The place is excellent for resting, and the service from the workers and the food and the waiters treat you like at home.

The experience with the person who took us to Sharesunset was not very good due to a penalty I paid for renewing a plan I had, which is supposed to expire in September, and I had to book 2 months in advance, that is, in July, and it turns out they sent me an email pressuring me to make the reservation in March, and to top it off, the person who sold me the plan no longer works with the company and I didn't know how to contact them, and they didn't answer me until the day of the expiration, and that is when I had to pay.

A relaxing experience

The superb service of the hotel, the food, and the attention from all the staff, who are all very friendly, make you feel like family, ensuring that we are comfortable. I want to thank Miguel Espino, Jesus Escamilla, Chef Ruben, Antonio, and everyone else. I have nothing negative to say; a 10 for the service of this place, thank you very much.
