Nice hotel with pool
Easy to check in online and choose rhymes yourself
Was kindly greeted by Rosa at the reception who came with nice tips
Room a bit worn, stains here and there. But clean! Very beautiful view from floor 23. Please note that there is only a partially blurred wall between the room and the shower. Maybe not so comfortable if you travel with someone not close
Breakfast great!

Great view – poor service
The view – especially with a skyline view – is really lovely, and the overall ambiance is quite nice. Unfortunately, the service was absolute rock-bottom.
When we tried to call the front desk to solve an issue, staff members either hung up on us or sounded completely disinterested. On top of that, the restrooms were not properly cleaned.
The worst part, however, was that they automatically charged €100 for a cleaning service directly from our bank account. When we asked why, we were given three completely different reasons. In the end, they claimed that because we celebrated my birthday there and had a few balloons in the room, it took them three times longer to clean than a standard room. For a hotel of this tier, such cash-grabbing behavior and complete lack of goodwill is extremely disappointing.

Hartelijk dank voor je positieve review. Wat fijn om te horen dat het ontbijt zo in de smaak viel en dat de variatie goed aansloot op je voorkeuren.
We streven ernaar iedereen een ruime keuze te bieden, van hartig tot zoet en van vegetarisch tot vlees en vis. Geweldig dat dit is opgevallen.
We kijken ernaar uit je opnieuw te verwelkomen voor een volgend prettig verblijf.
