Apparently 35m2 very well equipped and located in the city center, superb view with these large windows beautiful prestat.

Bedroom 4 is amazing, apparently rather, 35m2 and very well located in the center of the city, with a magnificent view of its very large bay windows,
The owner is very kind and very responsive.

Don't go there

I would rate the stay itself as average. The walls are very thin, meaning you can hear literally everything in the room, which makes it difficult to sleep. However, what happened after I checked out is absolutely unacceptable.
I left my headphones in the room. Initially, the owner categorically demanded that I pick them up in person, which was impossible given that I live several hundred kilometers away. When she finally agreed to a courier after a long conversation, I proposed two options: either I would order a courier directly to the hotel, or I would send her the same amount (22 PLN) via Blik if she was willing to walk 200 meters to the nearest parcel locker (Paczkomat).
Unfortunately, it turned out that she demanded 50 PLN for walking those 200 meters, claiming it was "for the trouble." When I decided on the cheaper option (the courier) and he arrived 3 minutes late (at 2:03 PM instead of 2:00 PM), the owner blocked my number and cut off all contact. The courier returned the next day, and after many attempts to reach her, she finally answered and lied to him, saying that the headphone matter was "no longer relevant." She then blocked his number as well, thereby unlawfully misappropriating my property.

spacious, great location, but too bright at night

I stayed at the "suite", the largest room, facing Swidnicka Street. The best thing about this place is the location: really only short walk to the main square, and eateries are on the same block, including a good donut place in the same building at street level. The kitchenette and fridge came in handy.
But there is a also a big "but". The pedestrian street and street lamps are right outside the very large windows, and the curtains are very ineffective in keeping out any light. The eye shades I happened to have with me came in very handy.
This being a hostel, it did not offer any special service - which is perfectly OK.
Cleanliness and bed comfort were very good. The caretaker, whom I met only once when moving in, was very nice and speaks good English and can be reached by phone should there be any queries.

To moja pierwsza i - mam nadzieję - ostatnia negatywna opinia , jaką zamieszczam w Google. Publikuję ją,ponieważ nie godzę się na to,żeby ludzie źle traktowali ludzi,na oszustwa i kradzież,jako sposób zarabiania pieniędzy!

Byłam w zeszłym roku i było dobrze.
Pani była miła. Zaproponowała ,żeby następnym razem kontaktować się bezpośrednio ,a nie np.przez Boooking. Miałam zarezerwowany Apartament typu studio od 20.01.2026 .
Niestety ,nie mogłam przyjechać. Właścicielka zapewniała, że pieniądze nie przepadną i będą na kolejny raz.Krótko po mojej informacji, że nie mogę przyjechać, Apartament został zarezerwowany przez kogoś innego,co mnie bardzo ucieszyło i ulżyło mi, ponieważ Właścicielka nie poniosła żadnej straty !
Tydzień temu, poprosiłam o rezerwację od 03.02.Apartament typu studio był dostępny - nawet jeszcze kilka dni po tym, jak napisałam.Przez tydzień cisza...We wtorek napisałam kolejny raz i brak odezwu.Nie spodziewałam się tego po Właścicielce, która zrobiła dobre wrażenie za pierwszym razem.To wręcz smutne ...Ludzie ludziom...

PS Po przeczytaniu opinii Właścicielka zadzwoniła do mnie.Powiedziała m.in. że ją obsmarowałam ,że zachowuje się jak dziecko i zaproponowała mi ,w tej samej cenie ,dużo mniejszy pokój. Napisałam, że się nie zgadzam na gorszą opcję za tę samą cenę i m.in. proszę o informację ,kiedy będzie wolny Apartament typu studio, który rezerwowałam i że niezgodne z prawem jest takie działanie.

Idealne miejsce dla mało wymagających, świetna lokalizacja

Po pierwsze, świetna lokalizacja - kilka minut od Rynku, niedaleko od dworca głównego. Dobra miejscówka dla osób mało wymagających - jeśli zależy ci tylko by się przespać i umyć (i mieć blisko do głównych atrakcji), to bardzo dobre rozwiązanie. Pokój typu standard - wygodne łóżka, pościel i ręczniki czyste, w pokoju lodówka, talerze, kubki, sztućce, telewizor, łazienka czysta. Działa darmowe wi-fi. Właściwie nie jest to hostel, a aparthostel - dostajesz klucze do pokoju i aż do wymeldowania się "rządzisz się sam". Jedyny minus, to remont elewacji w budynku obok, więc w ciągu dnia, od 8 było głośno, ale to problem przejściowy.
