Positive resolution

I had a problem regarding the reservation and they did not hesitate to solve it, quickly and satisfactorily. It is very central and that is why I reserved it for my family.

Bad experience.

The table was unfit for dinner in large groups, which was very uncomfortable. In addition, we were promised an espresso maker and in the room there was only ground coffee.The worst part was that, when we commented, we were not given any solution.
