We booked a regular room for two. Very clean and tidy rooms. Geographically close to the beach, restaurants and other central points of interest. Very good breakfast & lunch, pool area, bar and other facilities. Also regularly cleaned rooms with a much needed AC. The receptionist was also really helpful with everything including booking taxis for us and helping with local traffic lines. Though, communication with the cleaning staff was complicated as they did not know english and a ”do not disturb sign” was needed, otherwise they’d just knock and enter at 9AM. On top of that the walls were quite thin… but overall Luxor hotel was priceworthy, calm and in my opinion the best option for couples!

An excellent stay with perfect value for money!

We had an excellent stay at the Hotel Luxor in Palma de Mallorca. The junior suite was perfect: spacious, very well soundproofed, and particularly quiet.
We arrived around 2 a.m. and were very well welcomed and taken care of despite the late hour.
The value for money is truly excellent. Special mention for the superb breakfast, offered as a brunch until 1 p.m.: something we had never seen before in a hotel and a real pleasure during our vacation.
The location is also ideal. The A2 bus connects the hotel directly to the airport for only 2 euros, with a bus every 15 to 20 minutes. It is therefore not necessary to book a shuttle or pay for a taxi.
You can also find a bike rental shop right next door, as well as several supermarkets and small restaurants. The beach is located less than a five-minute walk away, as are the numerous seaside activities, both during the day and in the evening.
A very nice place that we recommend without hesitation!

An excellent hotel

It is an excellent hotel, with a great location.
There is actually nothing to criticize except that the Wifi did not work properly, so an excellent stay, with a spacious room with plenty of storage space

Checked in early and brunch is great, room quality and customer service not so good.

It’s a nice hotel if I could I’d give 3.5 rather than 4. Pool was cold. Our tv didn’t work I told staff 3 times, and ok we didn’t need it but my daughter is learning Spanish and listening to Spanish spoken really helps. Plus just to put on a music channel is nice. The plumbing didn’t smell great. There was an open electrical socket where the light switch had been moved. The lighting generally was poor. Paper cups for tea and coffee in rooms is odd. However, the breakfast into brunch is great really praise the hotel for this. Bar staff really helpful and fab sangria.

Great value for money in a good location

We chose the hotel again as an alternative because the price-performance ratio is still right. We had a suite with huge roof terrace, sun loungers, sitting area, cabana, etc. We had booked breakfast. This included lunch until 1pm after breakfast. As always, everyone's super nice. Come back.
