Excellent service.

We stayed two nights at the Marbel hotel, perfect location, three minutes from the airport.
There are restaurants near the hotel, the beach, and on the fifth floor, there is a pool, very quiet.
We had breakfast at the buffet; that day they had boiled eggs and fried eggs, but I wanted an omelet, and Ms. Montse was very nice and helpful and prepared it for me right away.
Honestly, they were very attentive and helpful.
The receptionist saved some waters for us to take to the concert and kept them cool.
Thank you very much to the entire hotel team.
I recommend it.

No goodwill despite inquiry

We had booked through Booking, 2 people, 08/22 to 08/23/26 - 1 night.
Unfortunately, we had a breakdown with our rental car and had to sleep in the car; the next day we were informed by phone that we would not be refunded for the night. Not even if we asked again. However, there were vacant rooms available upon inquiry without us mentioning our name. I find that very unaccommodating.

Unplanned overnight stay

This was an unplanned stay after our flight got cancelled. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were very basic but clean and the air conditioning was great.
The breakfast was a lovely surprise, lots of choice.
Down sides were the noise and that it could do with a bit of a face lift but overall it was exactly what we needed.

Another lovely stay staff helpful friendly very clean cheap bar prices breakfast badic but adequate lovely small pool on roof always come back

Good but nothing more...

Decent hotel, good bedding, good location. Poor soundproofing; I could have done without breakfast, which was a bit light for my taste. A fridge would have been ideal. Be aware of the city tax upon arrival, and the taxi price displayed at the reception is incorrect, €17.90 instead of €15 for a maximum of 5 minutes; a bit expensive but there is no choice at 4:30 AM, as buses do not run at that hour.
