Excellently located in the city centre within walking distance to all amenities. Staff at reception very helpful. Room very clean and fan above the bed was great as the room was very warm. Great lighting in the bathroom for doing makeup! There were only a handful of English tv channels however so there was slim pickings but still found things to watch (you need to change the language to English using the remote if required). Great stay all in all.

Dire experience
Dire experience. We stayed a sports team (2 technicians and 10 minors) and, since arrival, everything was problems. They demanded requirements that we were not previously informed of and, far from seeking a solution, the employee shouted at us, saying that she would ‘have a nervous breakdown’ and denying access to the minors, indicating that ‘there was no way they were going in’.
The management of the director, Begoña (whose fitness for office we dare to question), was even worse: she branded us irresponsible and questioned every explanation, also forbidding us from entering from now on. All this happened after 00:00h at night and in front of the girls, who, incidentally, were competing the next morning. The minors witnessed vexatious, degrading and condescending treatment; an inadmissible exercise of superiority and prejudice on the grounds of their being young, to which we responded through several complaint sheets.
Even above, at 7:00 AM we were woken by works just below the hotel that no one had informed us about.
Look for other options; any place will be more hospitable than this and have a kinder staff prepared for humane treatment.

SCAM ALERT!
SCAM ALERT! I booked four studios to stay 7 people. At the time of booking, I received a message from them by Booking, but also by WhatsApp and SMS. To my surprise, it wasn’t to welcome us or transmit information about the check-in, as it usually happens with the accommodations, but to tell us that we had 3 hours to make the payment for the stay through a payment link sent to me (unlike the Booking app). After telling them that I did not make payments outside the app, they told me that within 3 hours the link expired and that they would cancel my reservation. I repeated that I would only make the payment for Booking and at that moment I received a message from the app, indicating that the accommodation had marked my card as invalid, so I had to update the details so that the reservation was not cancelled. I've already reported them on Booking.

Surrounded by shops, small bars, restaurants and within very easy reach of a whole series of local bus lines taking you to the beaches.
