Good choice
They welcomed us warmly.
The rooms are very large, almost all of them are suites.
It has a sofa and a table with chairs.
The wardrobe is huge and has more storage areas.
The shower and the toilet are separate from the sink.
It is very well soundproofed.
We had a large terrace with distant views of the sea.
We did not have breakfast at the hotel.
We had it at the café of the adjacent sports center (it can be used, it has a pool, for a small fee).
We parked on the street, free of charge.
It is close to the beach.
Good value for money.

There are better options.
I want to, but I can't.
In its day, it was a good hotel, but it has become outdated.
The rooms are spacious, but the shower pressure leaves much to be desired.
On the other hand, something unacceptable in a 4-star hotel is that the air conditioning was not working. The staff informed me that they would not activate it for a few weeks. This cannot be accepted.
In a 4-star hotel, air conditioning must be available at the customer's discretion.
I will not stay here again. The experience has not been adequate.

Unacceptable
I did not ask, but I also did not check if there was water.
Without air conditioning
Two nights without being able to sleep and 200 euros each night.
Embarrassing
And the response is that there is no air conditioning and that it is very hot.
A 4-star hotel without air conditioning and 200 euros a night???
I feel it, but those of us who feel it are the ones who have suffered two nights without sleeping and 400 euros.
A disgrace

Bad restaurant
The hotel restaurant served me the worst meal I've ever eaten. A badly cooked fish and a kiwi. They still struggled to serve a fresh snack.

Spacious for a family
We picked this hotel due to its location to the Palacio de Deportes, as our daughter was competing at the Rhythmic Gymnastics championships, and we wanted to be within walking distance so we didn’t have to worry about early morning traffic.
The location was great.
Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We paid for parking which was useful and easy, with easy access into the hotel.
We had a family suite, which was more than enough space for 2 adults and 2 teens (12 & 14). The room was spacious even with the two sofa beds out, and the separate bedroom was also a good size. Beds were comfortable, bathroom more than adequate.
Breakfast was also fine, and plentiful.
The only downsides to this hotel were the musty old smell that hit you as soon as you came through the main doors, and carried through the hotel. We were on the second floor and it was very strong there too.
The rooms were hot, it was early May and the cooling system wasn’t affective at all.
If we needed to be in this location again for the sports arena, we would be happy to stay here. The walk to the beach was short, and the park area on the otherwise of the palacio de deportes was lovely for a walk.
