Clean rooms. WC also clean with a good shower. Communicative hosts. Excellently situated. Perfect for a short stay.

Very helpful and friendly owner, great location - really enjoyed our stay. We didn’t notice when booking, but toilets are not en-suite and are shared between a couple of other rooms, but are very well maintained and clean.

The room was nice and the accommodation very well located in the centre of Santander. The owner was very helpful, particularly with our bicycle storage. Although the bathroom facilities were shared, they were very clean and well maintained.

Very convenient location to shops, cafes, public transportation, and attractions. Check in was easy. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. We went to see the solar eclipse and the owner was extremely helpful in providing information and tips so that maximized our experience. Would recommend!

La Pension Real exceeded our expectations. The place was beautifully designed and very comfortable to stay in. It was very clean, we had access to everything we needed and was centrally located.
