Avoid it

Where to start - this was booked by a tour company for us. It is awful. Avoid at all costs

Close to everything, ideal for a short stay

Comfortable, clean, close to everything, is what I liked the most 4 blocks from the bus terminal and the trains Urzaiz, close to downtown also, crazy which from the hotel you can walk almost everywhere, I do not leave 5 stars because when I went the heated pool was out of service.

GOOD EXPERIENCE

We went to the hotel because we had a congress at MARCO. The hotel is very central. It has paid parking for the car, in my opinion, at a good price to be the center of Vigo.
The room was interior, spacious enough, as we weren't going to be in it much. It is seen that the hotel is undergoing renovation, trying to take care of the details. There are a few things that could be aimed, but they are not important and the attitude of the staff is always optimal.
On a personal level, we were comfortable, we rested well and there were no problems of any kind. As for the noises, it depends on the sensitivity of the person, my partner heard them and I did not know anything.
The staff at the front desk were very friendly and willing, friendly and very easy to stay.
At breakfast there was no buffet, I don't know the reasons, but the girl in the cafeteria, very friendly too, brought us everything we wanted to drink and more. The staff is very friendly.
Personally we have no complaints and it is a very central place to do without the car and get around Vigo.

Pleasant

Great location,Vigo centre. Easy,efficient check in. Small room but clean and had all amenities,great shower. Breakfast was ok,adequate.
