Friendly and accommodating staff. Would have bought their pillow too but I don't have any more luggage space! That pillow was amazing! Enjoyed my stay. Slept well.

The room size and amenities, hotel location, breakfast buffet options were excellent. The air conditioning was a bit faulty but we did fine without reporting it. It was a wonderful stay! One block from the train station. The staff was stellar, from the front desk, to the breakfast provider, to the night staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

First Class

The hotel was clean, and very well located right on the edge of Old Town. I was concerned about access to the hotel with a rental car, but access was facilitated with an intercom to the front desk and the parking was just 50m away. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Hotel Savoy Bern is an awesome place, in a prime location next to the main train station in the old downtown. It is very clean, quiet and most importantly the air conditioning works. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. The only downside at this point I would say it’s breakfast should be included in the price, not $27 per person per day extra. We decided to not pay for the breakfast as there are plenty of other options nearby.
