Amazing service to rent skis, buy ski passes, and ski out directly to gondola. Friendly and very helpful staff.

My overall experience with Waldpark was positive. The staff was friendly despite the language barrier, and getting a ski pass at the hotel was very convenient. A pretty big drawback was the low-slanted sealing on the top-floor rooms. I could only stand tall on one side of the room, and the rest of the time, I had to be hunched over. Outside the hotel, it was slippery, and some salt or gravel would have been helpful for traction.

Really nice place with good location, you can ski from / to hotel. Outstanding service, very clean and cozy!
