The hotel is in a pretty dodgy area by the main station but it was really comfortable and helpful.

Good value for money. The room was spacious, the bed and couch were comfortable.
This must have been a great hotel about 30 years ago but it's lacking maintenance as per other reviews; carpets and furniture are stained, furniture is damaged, etc. This, however, was not a big issue for me.
It is also true that it is located at the ages of the Frankfurt central station 'zombieland', full of junkies, pimps, prostitutes and other dodgy characters, at any time of the day and particularly at night. This is not the hotel's fault, but the local government's responsibility, as they have allowed this issue to worsen year after year. It does, however, impact one's experience. The location is convenient, but the area doesn't feel safe.
Overall, I would recommend it to budget conscious travellers. I would stay there again but given my poor first impression of Frankfurt, I doubt I'll ever go back to that city.

Good for a weekend, but with details to improve.

The hotel is not bad for one night, but it failed in cleanliness: the carpet in the room was quite dirty and the refrigerator did not cool at all. The breakfast is acceptable, without great luxuries, but paying €18.50 for it seemed excessive to me.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at - but also the cheapest. Staff was fine. I only interacted with them at check in. The lobby smells like smoke and all the furniture textiles in the room had stains. The sheets/ towels were clean. Had I been there for more than 7 hours to sleep, I would have left for another place. You get what you pay for.

This place gets advantage of customers.
I tried to cancel my reservation because of the snow storm and they totally ignored.
Lost all the money. They refused to cancel my reservation.
