This is a great place to stay when visiting Palermo. The location in the Old Town is perfect — you won't find a better location than this. Our room was also very nice: large, airy and equipped with everything you could need. The breakfast was also very good. Our host was very helpful via WhatsApp throughout our stay.
One general thing to watch out for in Palermo, which is outside the control of this place, is the rolling electricity blackouts. We visited in July when it was between 30 and 40 degrees, and there was a blackout almost every day.

AC didn’t really work, it was actually cooler in the common area than the actual room itself. The room stayed about 25c the whole time I was there. Water doesn’t get warmer than room temp. The location is literally in Quattro Canti, you can hear everyone on the street. Appears like they’ve tried to renovate but it’s falling apart. The wood flooring is separating and bathroom was moldy.

Highly recommended!

Pros:
Great central location, perfect for exploring Palermo’s city centre and nightlife areas.
Comfy bed, air conditioning, big spacious rooms.
All amenities provided (and good quality too!), together with bath towels and slippers.
Good à la carte breakfast: you choose your breakfast in a menu and decide where and when to have it.
Minibar with fridge in the room, water dispenser in the common area.
All the staff was incredible! Always happy, kind and helpful if needed.
Cons:
The hotel is in an old building so get ready to do some stairs!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of Palermo. The room and accommodation was excellent and the staff were superb.
We enjoyed a great breakfast on our balcony each morning overlooking the Quattro Canti.
There was noise and music until the early hours but it was happy and joyful. People having fun and singing and dancing - live music through the day - opera, singers, violin etc were a true bonus.

Great location and helpfull staff . Even though all communication was with what’s app , but it was smooth process . Clean property . Breakfast menu was fantastic .
