I WOULD NOT CALL IT A SUITE&SPA EXPERIENCE
I had a terrible experience in this facility. After checking in in the afternoon and taking a tour of the city, I returned with my girlfriend around 8pm. We decide to eat and by 10pm we wanted to have a whirlpool. ICE WATER!!!
They could not solve the problem as the technician communicated that the boiler had come off. They call me at 11pm and tell me to wait 1.30h before they can give me a hot tub. I wait and still at 01:30 at night the hot water had not returned.
In the morning I go out and

The “Technician” asks me how it went and I am forced to tell him the truth, that I had not been able to take advantage of the services offered and that they certainly had not helped to solve the problem. Having become upset he shouts at me and tells me to check out at 10 am and I replied that we were already ready to do it (9:45) and that in the afternoon they would call me to be able to find a solution. As expected I did not receive any call to be able to make up for it, not only did they look cheap, but thinking they were right they did not move to be able to satisfy the customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

Nice room but bad communication.
The room is clean, comfortable and super centrally located. We found an aperitif and water in the mini bar at our disposal. It is equipped with every comfort and well furnished. Breakfast is also great although not too varied.
Unfortunately I can not speak well of the reception and communication. Check-in to be reviewed.
I warned half an hour before arriving but no one was there on arrival. I called and they gave us a code for the door but halfway up the stairs I heard they were fighting on the phone because they didn't know which room to give us and they shut down communication. Then they make us sit in the lobby and then give us the right directions to access the room.
I asked for the codes to get back at 6pm and they answered me at 9pm.
I asked for a blanket since there was no and still waiting for answer.

Bad experience: overbooking handled very badly
I booked at this property well in advance, and only a few days before check-in I was informed that they did not have a room for me due to overbooking. The problem had been known to them for a long time evidently, but they never warned me, forcing me to look for a solution at the last minute.
I tried to contact them several times, even immediately for info, through Booking and Instagram without receiving a response. And if it wasn't for me contacting them later on Whatsapp, I probably would have known directly the same day staying on the street. After more than 5 hours of waiting, they were unable to give me a concrete solution, no answer, disappeared into thin air. Which naturally raises the thought that they wanted to stall on purpose and have me cancel the reservation. Unacceptable customer service and disastrous management.
Fortunately, I hadn't paid yet because I had free cancellation within tot days, but the inconvenience remains huge. If you are looking for a reliable structure, I recommend you stay away from it.

Mancata manutenzione vasca
Il mio ragazzo mi ha regalato questa esperienza di relax per il nostro anniversario: l’idea era quella di fare un idromassaggio. Cominciamo a riempire la vasca fino a quando decido di azionare l’idromassaggio laterale. Comincia ad uscire del materiale nero dai tubi. Avendo una vasca Jacuzzi a casa, mi permetto di dire che era melma raccolta per mancata manutenzione e pulizia della vasca.
Siamo dovuti uscire e lavarci immediatamente in doccia. Per il resto il check in da rivedere assolutamente
