Take a left onto Dick Ward Drive then left again onto Fitzer Drive. Turn left onto Bagot Road and the petrol station will be on the left.
Driving around Darwin Airport
Darwin Airport is located 13 kilometres from the CBD (around a 15 minute drive). The Stuart Highway is the only highway into Darwin; heading directly into the city centre and extending southwards all the way to Alice Springs and Adelaide. You can access Darwin from all the Australian capital cities. The drive from Sydney or Perth is about 4000km depending on the route you choose.

Kakadu National Park

Kakadu National Park is just under 2 hours drive from Darwin Airport. Get on to Macmillans Road and merge with the National Highway 1. Take a slight left onto Arnhem Highway/State Route 36 and follow signs to the park.
Nestled on the banks of the River Katherine, here is it possible to enjoy a range of outdoor activities from fishing and canoeing to bushwalking and birdwatching. The town has a little selection of shops and cafes and restaurants in which to while away to long sunny days.
Katherine is just over three hours drive from Darwin Airport. Get on to Macmillans Road from the airport and merge onto National Highway 1. Follow signs for Katherine.

Darwin is just 15 minutes by car from Darwin Airport. Head north on Henry Wrigley Drive towards Abala Road. Take Macmillans Road onto Bagot Road until you reach National Highway 1. Follow signs to the city centre.
All parking throughout the Darwin Central Business District is controlled by parking meters. The cost ranges between $1.20 and $2.40 per hour depending on which zone you park in. The higher rates are charged in the zones closest to the main shopping and business precinct. Some hotels in Darwin also offer free parking.
