More than I expected and the location so handy!
A great find! It was such a handy location to Central Station and the light rail to get into the city and up the hill to Surry Hills proper. The room may have been small, but I knew that from reviews/pics and wasn't expecting more. But it was modern and clean and comfortable. Some reviewers mention the glass walled bathroom, but mine had sheer curtain and blockout to pull across if needed. I was travelling solo, so it didn't matter. My room on level 6 was not facing the street and was quiet and comfortable for only 2 nights. The only thing the room lacked was somewhere to put your bag, as I used the clothes stand, which meant I had nothing next to bed to put anything - there was also no bedside/reading light - but that didn't really affect me as I was too exhausted. The modern/quirky lobby had coffee/tea facilities, a microwave and fruit available and in the morning some pastry options. They also kindly gave me a nut bar, as I am gluten free. The staff courteous and helpful and I took advantage of the luggage storage. All in all I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it. Don't expect huge rooms and I don't know if I could stay for longer than a few days, but definitely worked for me and I would stay there again. Location wise fantastic too with the Woolworths Metro store on the corner nearby.

Lovely
This is the perfect boutique hotel! The rooms are clean and cozy, I had the best sleep in my room! The team at the front desk are wonderfully kind and accommodating :)
They also have a lovely coffee machine available and pastries in the morning!! Super close to the central station and a metro Woolworths! Definitely coming back to this one.

It's the staff that make this hotel great

A clean, convenient and slightly quirky hotel. First time I’ve stayed at a hotel where the bathroom faces the external windows (the frosted glass makes it ok) and there is a mirror ball in one of the elevators. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location just across the road from Central Station is excellent. My only issue was a very bright LED directly over the bed (one of my pet hates). In this case the LED was on an air conditioning unit. All ok as long as you don’t need the AC on while you are trying to sleep.
