Pleasant stay

I had a pleasant stay at the resort. Outside, but still close to Belmopan, the property was spacious and a really nice garden. I enjoyed my time at the well kept pool area, reading and floating in the water. The pool is not that deep so non-swimmer will be safe. I stayed in one of their Glamping Cabins: a room with storage, mini fridge, and a bathroom. The A/C and everything in the bathroom worked excellent. There was a little front porch with two of the Belizean chairs (very comfortable). Plenty of parking available and I parked close to my cabin in the shade.
The staff was really kind and very helpful, with lots of recommendations about what to do in Belize. Belmopan is quite central and you can easily do any kind of day trips. I also enjoyed the vast variety of international cuisine in Belmopan. Close by is the ART Box offering beautiful local art and delicious coffee.
The highway is close by but the traffic is nothing compared to the US. :)

Kiki Witz

The location was very convenient right off the main highway. The Atmosphere was peaceful. The rooms were clean and very easy to navigate with enough space. The staff was very friendly and just amazing people to come in contact with throughout our stay.

Nice hotel with great location

Nice hotel with an excellent location. I stayed here for a night before going on to San Ignacio on way to Tikal. Very convenient for the Cave tubing trip avoiding extra drive time.

I was sorry I had to leave.

The Glamping Cabin was beautiful. It was indicative of the whole Caribbean vibe. Sitting on the front porch at dusk, listening to all the birds was very soothing and refreshing. The room was spotless. The shower was like being under a waterfall. The staff were ready to help whenever needed. The option of room service or restaurant was a nice touch.

I had a very pleasant stay at the resort. I booked one of the small cabins (queen bed) and it was very clean, shower, WC, and A/C worked well without any problems. I had a cute tiny lizard keeping me company in the cabin - perks of being in the jungle. :)
One guest mentioned the noise from the highway - the cabins aren't noise insulated, but the traffic is way less compared to other American cities.
The pool is not that deep so it's totally safe for non-swimmers and the pool area is well kept. I enjoyed just laying around, reading, and floating in the water. On the weekends they offer pool day passes to non-guests which is a nice touch.
The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Gene recommended a lot of activities and sightseeing opportunities available to tourists.
Plenty of parking was available and I was allowed to park close to the cabin.
I cannot say anything about the restaurant, since I ate outside the resort.
For my fellow European and North American travelers: this is a Belizean hotel and standards differ from your country. But I am sure you as well will enjoy your stay here.
