Terrible

I have traveled a lot, but I have never encountered a condition like this... it should be sealed and never reopened... from the food to the rooms... cockroaches everywhere... filth everywhere, rooms never cleaned, and a lack of towels... I can't even describe it, I am attaching photos

Far below expectations

Hotel located in the center, good location.... everything else and to forget!! Beds never changed, room never clean, dirty bathroom.... non-existent toilet paper as well as breakfast nothing short of shameful... dry croissants, poor food quality, definitely varied but all dry and with the impression it was there for centuries.
Except reception, non-existent and unqualified staff.
Value for money good only x the fact that it is at the center for the rest better spend more to have a better service!

Thrills

We stayed in this “hotel” always if we have to call it that with friends! The thing that shuddered me the most in the evening was what I had to do back to the structure in the evening! It may be vintage, it may be in the center of Sofia, but the cleanliness is very unknown! Non-existent shower rug, counted towels and even annoyed the clerk at reception when the day after they came to make the room they did not leave the towels I asked him for towels, dust and food that resided on the ground in the “breakfast room”! Experience not to be repeated...
