Easy and quick response with guest services. The room was nice and clean. The air conditioning was on when I arrived which was very welcomed on a warm evening.
It was a cozy room and beautiful bathroom. I would have liked to have a mattress topper for added plushness to the bed, but I still slept well. Strong WIFI.
Easy check in and check out.

Very bad mouldy smell in lobby and room.

I will never stay here again!!!
I never received the 'secure log in' link via Expedia. No staff on site. Stood in the parking lot on a busy street at 10:00pm until we finally got in our room. Very funky mouldy smell. Sketchy neighborhood, on busy street so didn't open window. No screens on patio door that opened to a messy, yard with old furniture laying on its side. Mould smell hits you when you enter the unstaffed lobby. Had bathroom fan on all night to try to ease the smell.

Good place. The photos made it look better than it ended up being. But generally no issues. The online check in process could be better. The room was nice. No views from the windows as the location is a bit odd and right on the highway.
The reception hours are limited and staff availability is limited. Parking is available.

I arrived at 4 in the afternoon and checked in, the manager was very helpful when I explained i was waiting for a new operation and it was very difficult to do the stairs. He checked to make sure it was ok and they were able to give me a room on the bottom floor. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The patio was a little disappointing as the table and chairs weren't cleaned off or swepted and there wasn't much of a back yard to sit out at. Otherwise for the price, very nice place to stay

The property has been nicely updated, the shower was really nice! I would stay here again for a short stay!
