An expensive, uncomfortable and absolutely disappointing experience

It's a really horrible place. Never in my life have I paid so much money for such a bad and uncomfortable experience. The service is poor and gives the impression that the staff is only interested in charging, even in a desperate way, regardless of the quality of the care or the well-being of the guests.
Do yourself a favor and DON'T come. I attach some of the unpleasantness of the place, including the worrying number of spiders there are.
