Excellent.
Location, Atmosphere, Rooms, Comfort, Good Service. Recommended for families with children, in general for all who seek rest, comfort, disconnection.

Lousy service, amazing place
The place is wonderful and the facilities very nice. However, the service is really bad:
- very expensive food and its value is not justified.
- people attend with low willingness, they have no service protocols or deference to the passenger.
Bad toilet. There was a latex glove in my wake.

Recommendable hotel with very friendly staff and a nice location.
We had a good experience. The staff is very friendly, the restaurant is good, all room are ocean-facing and the pool is of a decent size. You should book at least a Premium room because the standard rooms are quite small. Our agency had booked a standard room and we got an upgrade from the hotel. Thanks for that! The hotel is located a bit outside Zapallar centre. If you don’t want to walk the 20 mins Uber usually works quite well.

Disaster
The hotel is nice but has no relationship with Your Price
It has no elevator so you must climb rough suitcases by staircase
People use the hotel balconies to shout alcoholics until any time and the hotel does not intervene
No air conditioning or fans in the deluxe rooms
They don't replace hand soap or even toilet paper if you don't ask for it
There is no parking for all rooms if you arrive and there is no place you must leave the car across the route
It's a mess there are no rules or norms and the staff leave a lot to be desired
We are a family with a minor and the hotel from the age of 6 disaster the children add a second room but I can be on another floor or separated without regard to the responsibility of the minor
I should have called the middle company four times and only got them to put us on the same floor but not in adjacent rooms.
I definitely don't recommend it nor will I go again

Very bad service
The hotel is very nice in terms of decoration, atmosphere and location, however the service leaves much to be desired. They don't help you with luggage when you arrive. The check in was more or less quick, the room is small and very simple and was well clean. The bathroom is really small. Clean up well.
We went downstairs for lunch at the hotel restaurant. We were 4 people. Very unfriendly and inefficient restaurant service. We ordered ice 3 times without success, the same with ashtrays for the terrace. The menu is short and simple, fresh seafood stands out.The Parmesan oysters were fine, second course I ordered some “modules et frites” in the French style that were plain and simple undercooked. The mussels were cooked to such a level that they were hard and difficult to eat. The cooking broth was dark and with a vegetable garden, never seen for this preparation. The fries were pre-fried bags that come frozen. Our friends ordered ceviche, it was salmon, not fresh fish. A solution being so close to the sea and with day fishing.
Breakfast on Sunday is until 10.30. At 10:15 the waiters, very unkind also come to you table in uncordial tone to hurry because they will withdraw the buffet in 5 minutes.
It's a decent breakfast, but it could have been better. The fruit juice is box and the coffee is from a vendomatic machine. It's so important a good coffee in the decent breakfast a hotel!! The bread supply is very limited, the pastries are very simple and there is no replenishment in the dishes. There was no fruit left in the tray and they didn't replenish it. Attention is completely self service and the waiters look with the face of few friends.
In short, the hotel and location is very nice however the service is very bad.
I wouldn't come back.
