Hard, hard to find. No real services offered, basic here is your room. What was fun was in next room screaming kid through out the night.
Then in the am and all day noisy atvs all needing mufflers.
It was close to beach, but no view of.

Front desk people are not welcoming and could care less for your needs and comfort !
This place does not provide body soap and shampoo , saw a few roaches !

Bad business

Don’t rent from the surf shop! Bad business. I should read the reviews. They charge me double and lie about a damage cost . They make cash from lying about damage. Very unfriendly. Especially the manager, very rude and give you no option but pay.

Don’t come here!

Stay away! Very bad business practice and terrible customer service. I should’ve read the reviews before bringing my business here. Sure enough they tried to charge for damage on a rental surfboard that was not caused by our use. We used a board in waist deep water to play very mellow with our one year old. The staff pointed out normal wear and tear that they wanted us to pay $60 extra. I showed pictures of how we used the board but could not reason with them. I asked how this damage could occur and he said by the waves smashing the board into the sand. Pretty sure I’d be at the hospital with my 1 y/o if that happened. I then asked how they could even repair a softie board and they could not explain that haha. What a joke show. Lots of other places to rent boards for the same price or better. Hopefully I don’t have to fight for my $200 deposit either. Word on the street is that they haven’t been giving deposits back every when they promise too. I’ve rented boards all over the world and never experienced anything like this. Also never felt compelled to leave negative reviews for anything before this.
