Totally fantastic experience at Hotel Svendborg

Completely fantastic experience - we had bought a package with tickets to Heartland, hotel and breakfast including shuttle buses for the festival. There was a possibility to buy night food all the days when you came home hungry from Heartland.
We got the most lovely reception by super cute and service-minded staff - there was a (or more) glass bubbles and high mood. All staff were smiling and positive and helpful.
The breakfast was also quite in the top - everything the heart can desire of delicious food and drink.
We can highly recommend the hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay, especially the buffet breakfast which was simply outstanding. Great customer service all around.

It can't be done better

Fantastic hotel from booking - check-in - parking and the finest room , cute people everywhere in bar reception and not least restaurant krinsen , delicious buffet , deadest servants , legendary wine menu everything is just better than expected - sweet to children and helpful to disabled ❤️we love it kh Anders

Prison cell for $1,000 per night.

I got a bit of a shock when I opened the door to the room. It felt like entering a mixture of a prison cell and a hotel room from the '90s. According to the reception, it was the room that had been booked and they could not offer me another – even when I offered to pay extra. Honestly, it doesn’t seem like you’ve even tried to update or make it just a little nice.
The rest of the hotel looked beautiful and beautiful – but the rooms are directly terrifying. A garden chair served as a desk chair, and the desk itself was worn, ugly and with clear water damage. The carpet looked either to be a mistake purchase or something that has been there since 1990. And the toilet... it speaks for itself.
The evening before I had stayed at Comwell in Kolding for a smaller price well and the brand included breakfast and with a single bed too. A completely different experience for a cheaper price.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and the bar was lots of fun. My only complaint is that the area outside is very loud in the morning. The street cleaning etc started at 5 am.
