The attention and treatment by the manager of the hostel was the worst, I NEVER STAYED IN THAT HOSTEL AGAIN... that lady wanted to blame us for the loss of the keys to the room when the keys were always at reception.... in the evenings she imposed an hour back when it is supposed to be a 24 HOUR HOSTEL , my question is: if you will not endure bad nights and you will not have good Customer Service, SO YOU GET TO WORK IN A HOSTEL???? It should be stressed that my partner ,my friend and I who stayed there, NEVER GAVE PROBLEMS if at any time that lady gets to say that it was.....DARNEST ATTENTION, IT DOES NOT ALMOST SERVE THE HOT WATER AND OLD TOWELS THAT NEED TO BE CHANGED FOR NEW MAKES IT NOT RECOMMEND THEM NOT TO GO TO THE HOSTEL ALMAGRO
