I would rather stay in a prison cell. This isn't even a hostel. The building would be condemned if it were in the states.

The only magic this place has is to take as much money from you as they can. When you arrive you pay for the room, they have kids that can't be more than 10 years old run our baggage to the 5th floor (no lift) they take you to the roof for the view which is the only thing that is as advertised. The room smells of perfume so badly that it will make you sick so we turned off the AC. The room is FILTHY! We went upstairs to eat at their "restaurant" they show you photos of menus from their phone, no real menu. We were hungry so despite our skepticism we ordered anyway. When the food arrived 1.5 hours later the meat was cold and the salad was warm. The "grilled chicken" was kabob removed from the skewer. They very obviously ordered street food, replaced it and charged us 4x more. After our "dinner" we went back to the room and discovered why they pump the perfume thru the vent. The smell was horrendous. It smelled worse than an outhouse in Tijuana. We made an attempt to bear the conditions. We even opened the window that opened into a garbage filled galley.I had to clean the shower before using it, it leaked all over the floor. The sink blocked the shower door so unless you are skinny there is no way to fit. The entire staff was on the roof watching soccer and screaming at 11pm. After an hour the smell continued to worsen and we started to feel nauseous. When we actually made the decision to leave they attempted to stop us and ask us what was wrong, they tried to take our bags out of our hands it took 5 minutes to wrestle ourselves away from them. The entirety of Giza is operated like the Mafia and these people were low level crooks. Do not be fooled by their glamor they are bad people with silver tongues. If you want to see the pyramids come on an organized tour and don't stray from your guide. If you try and set up the tour thru the hotel ( any hotel) they will charge you 4x as much as you would pay if you book online. Shame on bloggers for not warning us! Unfortunately we ran out before taking to many pictures but you can get the idea from what I do have.Dont trust anyone here! I've traveled the world and have even had encounters with the Mexican cartel and I've never felt more unsafe that here.

Last min price raise without explanation.

I told them I'm arriving after midnight after a delay in London only to arrive at airport in Cairo and get an email that my booking had been altered and it's 25.25 usd more. I assume they knew I'd not argue since thier driver was picking me up and the late time etc. The staff was friendly enough though the normal amount of shady for giza area. I just hate the sudden charge. I'd say beware

Ruin your pyramid experience with this business

If you want to remember your pyramid experience as a complete disaster there is no better way than booking a hotel room here.
Very dishonest. Will change or cancel your booking at the last moment. Will ask you to go to another of their hotel. Noise by the front desk staff will keep you all night.
After staying here you will hardly remember anything of the pyramids or the Sphinx, only the disastrous stay here.

Do not stay here

The address on the website and online are not the same. The neighborhood is not safe. I arrived at 1:00 am only to be told my reservation had no rooms. I was walked through back alleys to a “different property” which was an abandoned building. Some “rooms”were literally under construction. There was no reception, the bathroom/shower was filthy, no blankets. They originally asked for $100 USD for this accommodation. I was actually afraid for my life. I had no choice but to lie there that night and run out to safety when the sun came up. It was my worst travel experience in my life. DO NOT STAY with this operator.
