Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very clean. Excellent location and beautiful plants. The electricity is a bit unpredictable and wi-fi a struggle.

Don't expect much... But costs 60 USD/night...

Although it's one of the upper-class hotels in Asmara, don't expect much from it:
- Wifi although technically exists, it's basically never available or takes 5 minutes to load a page.
- The staff could care less. I asked for a discount and two receptionists promised to call theanager and ask if this was possible. They never called anyone.
- The shower has a very weak pressure, and you must call the reception every time you need a shower so they can turn on the pump.
- The breakfast was quite okay but could be a bit heavier.
- The rooms might get pretty cold during the chilly season. No heaters available.
