Just divine.

If you are looking for a corporate style of hotel, this is not for you. If you are looking for comfy bed, views to die for, very accommodating, genial hosts and some of the best food ever then this is your hotel. We stayed 3 nights as a bit of a chill out in between a business trip and what a great choice it was. Sitting outside under the olive trees looking at the view across to the Pyrenees, over the swimming pool and up at the amazing building which is part of the old castle, with a glass of Rosé was everything we could have hoped for. My only complaint was I hate shower curtains but the shower was large enough for it not to be a problem.
Breakfast was lovely and fresh, amazing bread but for us the highlight was the first nights meal…..we travel a lot for work and we have eaten in many places but the attention to detail and the little touch’s were just divine. Pascal is a magician in the kitchen. All of which was explained in great detail by David who knew the provenance of all the ingredients which seemed to be all very local and organic where possible. A great restorative stay. We will definitely be back.

An evening to enjoy

Had a won
Had a wonderful evening meal. The flavours created in the sauces and fruit sorbets were both mouth blowing and sophisticated, the quality of ingredients, were first class. Local produce, lamb from the Pyrenees, sublime, the desert was a balance of sweetness and acidity which excited the palate. The service was impeccable, throughout the meal you felt that you were personally important, and they truly cared about your enjoyment, A most enjoyable evening that will not break the bank. Thank-you to the team

Very good stay in this atypical hotel offering an excellent restaurant

Atypical hotel in a set of old buildings overlooking a small square. Large air-conditioned room with separate toilet and bathroom combining bath and shower. The bedding is of a high quality and the bed is very wide. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast room is superb as is the terrace with panoramic views (see other meal reviews). Absolute calm. Thank you very much for this step on the way to our holiday. two small constructive suggestions: add an opacifying film on one of the bathroom tiles and add a sliding curtain on the beautiful old door separating the bathroom from the bedroom. this would keep the darkness a little longer in the room in the morning.

Mountain Views and Culinary Wonders in France

We discovered this hotel via the Guide MICHELIN and were eager to experience it. Our host, David, warmly greeted us and led us to our traditional-style room, which boasted a stunning mountain view. We spent the afternoon unwinding by the lovely pool with a glass of wine. Dinner was a gastronomic adventure on the terrace, featuring regional dishes presented in a breathtaking setting. The menu showcased not only local flavors but also influences from the chef's global experience. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

Good evening

Very warm welcome, pleasant setting and very good meal
Would recommend to people around us. Could be end of year gifts. There is originality in the dishes offered. Very well presented. In any case we had a very good evening.
