For one night

Hotel has come of age and would need to be renovated. Dirty carpet with stains, mold in the shower. Beds are through. Staff friendly. Price performance okay. Breakfast also fine. For 1-2 nights okay.

Lieber djtorsten67, wir danken für Ihren Besuch und Ihre Bewertung. Wir renovieren Schritt für Schritt und Sie können durchaus bereits renovierte Zimmer buchen. Die kosten dann natürlich um einiges mehr. Was Sie hier schreiben, haben schon so viele andere vor Ihnen geschrieben. Da fragt man sich, ob Bewertungen wirklich hilfreich sind. Sie schreiben ja auch, dass es für die Preis Leistung o.k. ist und das ist es offensichtlich für die vielen anderen Gäste die wir trotz solcher Bewertungen haben, ebenso. Renovierungen kosten Geld und Geld muss auch ausgegeben werden wollen. Die meisten jedoch entscheiden sich immer für das günstigste Angebot, so wie Sie auch und nehmen die Zimmer dann auch so wie sie sind und wie Sie diese hier beschreiben. For 1-2 nights it goes.

What I found positive was the friendliness of the staff and the good location. You are on foot within a short time in the center and in the parks.
Negative was:
Single room is a furnished storage room in the attic
no toothbrush cups in the bathroom
no minibar or refrigerator in the room
no working wifi, neither in the room nor in the lobby.
Breakfast is ok. Parking is available in front of the house on the street

Lieber Bandera, Sie haben das Zimmer für den Preis bekommen, den Sie gebucht haben: ein schlichtes Economy-Zimmer ohne Extras und Minibar. Steht nirgend beschrieben, dass es eine Minibar auf den Zimmer gibt. Also kann man diese auch nicht erwarten. Für Zahnputzbecher gilt das auch, steht nicht da, dass es das gibt. Sie haben es einfach nur erwartet. Aber im Jahr 2025 sollte jeder selbst für derartiges verantwortlich sein. Hat auch etwas mit Umweltschutz zu tun. Gläser müssen gereinigt werden, verbraucht Wasser und Strom und Becher müssen entsorgt werden. Für einmal die Lippen dranhängen! Hygieneartikel sollte jeder bei sich haben, denn Ihre Zahnbürste bringen Sie ja auch selbst mit. So auch mit dem Wlan. Ganz ehrlich, wer das nutzen möchte, der sollte entsprechendes Datenfolumen selbst aufbringen können. Sie haben mit uns ein Null-Sterne-Hotel zu einem Null-Sterne-Hotel-Preis gebucht. Wer höher Ansprüche hat, muss schlicht ein paar Euro mehr hinlegen. Wo Minibar, Zahnputzbecher und WLan mit zu Buche schlagen. Vor Ort hat jeder das Recht auf ein kostenfreies Storno, wenn es nicht gefällt. Zu bleiben, um so etwas zu schreiben, nun, dazu ist niemand gezwungen. Daher geht diese Bewertung direkt an Sie zurück. Im Übrigen wird diese Bewertung gerade auf Ihrem Zimmer mit dem tatsächlich funktionierenden Wlan verfasst. Ihr Hotel Markgraf Leipzig Team.
