The hotel is excellent, situated right opposite HBF. It offers brand-new, spacious rooms and friendly staff. The only issue was the lack of air conditioning, which was especially noticeable given this year's particularly hot summer in Germany.

Only suitable for hearing-impaired, climate-resilient visitors.

The worst hotel I have ever experienced!
Only the first two floors are air-conditioned; ALL others are not, not even equipped with a ventilation system.
You cannot open the row of windows at the front (toward the train station square) at night due to the noise. Kindly, they placed 'Oropax' in the cupboard.
In response to the inquiry that the air conditioning or the lack thereof is not mentioned anywhere,
they agreed (although the first two floors are equipped) that this is deliberately not mentioned (three-star superior!!!).
The outrageous thing is that the upper rooms are offered at the same price as the air-conditioned rooms.
Good hotel for people with poor hearing and those who are not bothered by warm/hot temperatures at night.
Very central location, bistro staff is nice, and breakfast is still the best thing this hotel has to offer.

I'll be back

We stayed with 4 friends at the hotel everything went great . The rooms are good . Bathroom also ok . Breakfast is great all very nice . Reception very nice . We will be back

Great!

Had a great time at this hotel. Staff very friendly even if it was very busy. Delicious breakfast with even fresh salmon.

Yeah.

The hotel is very central
directly at the station
To the city center, less than 5 minutes
Room bed was only 90 cm too small
Every time you spin, it squeaks.
In the room it smelled like I couldn't identify it
Bathroom shower too small
Breakfast I can't rate had none but looked delicious
Staff very friendly
