Finally the smile returned

We got there after bad adventure on the beach. Excellent family-run property, recently renovated Greek architecture, swimming pool, patio with attention to detail where you can taste a fantastic breakfast prepared by Maroussa... top!

Kindness to Ios!

A real hidden gem!
I had the pleasure of discovering this family-run location and I was really impressed. The place is cared for in every detail, immersed in a warm and authentic atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at home.
Family management is the real added value: you feel the passion. Excellent apricot jam from Marius!
Every corner of the structure conveys tranquility and beauty.
Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic experience, far from the usual tourist offer.
We will definitely stay again!

A paradise within a paradise island

What an amazing hotel, close enough to the main town but quiet enough to relax, no loud pool side bar music like most places just peace and relaxation, the Greeks have a word philoxenia which means friend of a stranger it’s the basis of Greek culture and that’s why everyone says the Greeks are the most friendly in the world, Marousa and Antonis literally treat you like a family member from the moment we arrived we knew this was no ordinary hotel it’s a family home and when you arrive you are simply arriving a part of your family you have never met, the rooms are fantastic, cleaned everyday with fresh bedding and towels, amazing pool with plenty of sun loungers, 2 mins walk to the beach, we came here for our honeymoon wanting a relaxing time and we certainly weren’t disappointed, I would 100% recommend this hotel but if you are looking for a party hotel please go somewhere else and leave this little gem for the rest of us, I also want to mention a big appreciation for the unseen work of their children who also do a lot of work to make this place a paradise

Relaxation and comfort in Ios

Villa Maria is a magical place. A stone's throw from the sea and the port. All new and clean!
Perfect room; a strange but very useful thing is that the sink is separate from the shower room.
Swimming pool well maintained.
Thanks to Marousa and Antonis, very kind, always present but never intrusive.
Highly recommended.

This place is a gem !

We LOVED Villa Maria! The hotel is lovely , in a great location by the beach and the rooms are spacious, modern , very clean and super comfortable ! The owner Antonio’s is wonderful, same with his beautiful wife and amazing daughter . The customer service is top notch . We would only stay here if e were to go back to IOS as even the pool and coffee could not be beat ! It’s a find !!!
