Lovely stay

Lovely room with kitchen and bathroom with a private outside area with seaview, welcoming and friendly host who gave us lots of advice on restaurants and on Greek lifestyle.
I recommend to rent a car to be able to move freely from Paleochori to the rest of the island as it is 15 mins drive from Adamas.
Perfect location if you want to be quiet and just walk to the beach, as Paleochori beach is literally 5 mins walk downhill.

Come to the time

We actually wanted to stay in this accommodation for a week, but had to check out early.
Cons:
The outside unit of the air conditioner of the other room made the whole wall vibrate with window during operation and was very loud. Sleeping was therefore not possible. We reported this early, it was said that a technician will solve the problem. By 6 p.m., it still hadn't been fixed. We have therefore decided to look for another hotel. Especially because we cannot imagine that it is a technical problem and did not want to risk another sleepless night. The management actually wanted to charge us the entire week. After a long discussion we got back 3 of the remaining 4 open nights
Bathroom: A bad smell always comes from the drains.
In general:
The accommodation is old and no longer looks like the pictures. Air conditioning condensation drips onto the terrace, attracting wasps. The fridge only runs when the key card is inserted. Therefore, we could not chill our food continuously.
Pros:
Cleanliness: there is nothing wrong here, our room was always well cleaned.
Breakfast: the breakfast is good but it is also charged 13€ and is therefore not included in the price. There is freshly squeezed orange juice, omelette, pastries with butter and jam and yogurt with fruit.

STAY A FEW STEPS FROM THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACH OF MILOS

We stayed in this property for 12 days, the room had a garden view on the ground floor.
Very spacious room with all comforts, beautiful outdoor patio for dinners/lunches or breakfast.
Bathroom a little small but functional in Cycladic style.
The only drawback is the abundant presence of ants throughout the room, including the bed.

Fantastic!

Very good bed. I have a room with view on the garden. Very quit and only 3 minutes walk from the beach with beautiful red rocks. Everything is very clean!!! Al you need is there and the host gave us a warm welcome! I really recommend this place.

this was really mediocre

Maybe we just got the worst of all their rooms but this was really quite meh. No view, all dusty with some plastic garbage lying around a really cranky cook or cleaning lady welcoming us. its really not that close to the beach, didnt really offer any breakfast. it also annoyed us that they didnt warn us that you're basically stranded there without a scooter or car (which you are, so get one). finally, we thought it was really overpriced for what it was. all in all id definitely not book this place again.
