Excellent!!!!!!

We stayed at Annis House for 15 days. Are very clean rooms in a calm area. Are located in a great place very close to bus stop 4. Maria was very friendly with us! Excellent!! The best rooms in Skiathos!

Nice place

We stayed only 3 days after we returned from skopelos last year ! Nice clean rooms , view to old side of skiathos ! Nice small garden ! Maria is taking care the place , its very close to bus stop 4 very close to megali Ammos beach and very central for shopping and dining

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten im September ein Zimmer im ersten Obergeschoss gebucht. Wir wurden von Nina empfangen. Sie war sehr freundlich. Auch konnte sie uns ein gute Autovermietung in der Nähe vermitteln und war auch bei allen anderen Fragen sehr hilfreich. Die Bushaltestelle 4 befindet sich auch in der Nähe. Von dort gibt es eine gute Verbindung zum ca. 10 km entfernten "Karibikstrand Koukonaris" und zur Endhaltestelle am neuen Hafen.
Morgens auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken, einfach wunderbar.
Die Entfernung zum Strand (Megali Ammos ca. 200 m) wie auch in die Fußgängerzone (ca. 100 m) ist super.
Durch die Fußgängerzone geht man ca. 300 m und ist am neuen Hafen mit den vielen Segelschiffen. Der alte Hafen ist dann gleich um die Ecke.
Viele sehr schöne Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Eine Bäckerei befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe in Richtung Fußgängerzone.
Auch besteht die Möglichkeit am Strand zu frühstücken.
In diesem Jahr werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder im Annis House übernachten.
Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf Nina und ihre sehr nette Familie.

Πολύ καλό δωμάτιο

Πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό δωμάτιο!! Κοντά στο κέντρο, αλλά όχι τόσο ώστε να έχει φασαρία! Κοντά στην στάση λεωφορείου! Η κοπέλα πολύ ευγενική και μας έδωσε πληροφορίες για το νησί και την περιήγησή μας σε αυτό. Προσιτές τιμές και καθημερινή καθαριότητα!!

Veramente complimenti

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 6 al 18 settembre in questa hause. Abbiamo ricevuto un accoglienza meravigliosa. Struttura nuova, nuovissima! La sua posizione strategica ci ha permesso di non fittare alcun mezzo poiché è precisamente al centro tra la strada principale Papadiamati’s e la fermata 4 dell autobus che con circa 2€ a persona ( il biglietto si fa comodamente sull autobus ) ci ha portato ogni giorno in una spiaggia diversa.
La stanza viene pulita tutte le mattine con cambio di asciugamani, le lenzuola vengono cambiate ogni 3/4 giorni circa. La ragazza che gestisce tutto è intraprendente , gentile e parla molto bene l italiano. Ci ha anche chiamato gentilmente il taxi che ci ha portato all aeroporto (13€)
Lo consiglio per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza senza pensieri e stress. Qualità prezzo ottima. Brava!
