A very great satisfying experience

It was an excellent experience , from the hotel room to its inbuilt restaurant . The staff were very friendly and helping and polite, services great . The hotels insides were also immaculate clean and properly maintained . Food also very tasty and at reasonable price.

Fraud by Hotel city square deoghar and agoda

Worst hotel. I booked 2 rooms through Agoda via booking.com and the booking was confirmed. However the hotel refused to provide room on arrival and canceled the same on arrival without even informing. My guests including child and senior citizen and ladies had to suffer and search for other hotels.Agoda and booking.com and hotel city square cheated us. They are over booking without having vacant rooms, doing fraud and causing inconvenience to customers. Do not go to this hotel or book through agoda or booking.com.
