Worse experience,rude behaviour

Stayed at Grand Continent Dwarka Hotel recently.we face an huge problem in basic amenities,the behaviour of manager is very rude,AC is not working,room service is not good, price is not worth

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Rooms had all the everyday modern amenities with beautiful room decor. Staff is polite and helpful. Food at restaurant is also very good. Small improvements can always be made, but overall I had a very good comfortable stay.
