Nice stay

Stayed in this hotel for the second time, it's like a brand new hotel and amazing experience this time. Location has been the USP of this hotel, food is very tasty now. Rooms are tidy, spacious. Room service is OK. Food delivery takes time but wait is worth coz food is tasty. Overall a very good experience.

Near Guru Nanak hospital

We stayed in this hotel while going towards Agra. The hotel is conveniently located near Palwal bus stand. Railway station is also less than 1 kilometer from this hotel. The room was spacious and room service was satisfactory.

Would prefer another one if I had a choice.

I was in Palwal for an overnight business trip in January 2017. Just needed a neat and clean place to crash after a hard day's work. And a good hot simple meal. The client had booked me the more expensive "Executive Room", which was spacious. As far as the cleanliness is concerned - it was OK. The quilt cover was not fresh. I slept in my sweater and jacket but did not take the quilt. Bathroom bucket and mug could do with a replacement. The taps were not clean at all. Tried ordering room service for dinner. Very little choice inhouse. Most of the stuff is out sourced from near by places. So I played safe and ordered from Dominos. In the morning tried calling for tea at 6 am. No one picked up the phone. Tried again a couple of times. Finally the receptionist woke up to my persistent ringing at 6.45 to tell me in a cheesed off tone that kitchen doesn't start before 7 am. Finally got to order my tea and breakfast by 7.20. Tea was fine but the simple aaloo ka parantha was fried in not so good oil (not really good way to start work, out of town if you know what I mean). They had wi fi but the password given didn't work. It's located right on the highway so you hear traffic noise 24 x 7. Also there seems to be a banquet or a disco bar or something close by. I could hear loud dhinchak music all night long.
The only nice thing was that they are a little net savvy. They except payments by card and paytm. But the paytm phone stays with the owner who is not there always, so you have to keep hanging around for him to confirm to the receptionist that your payment has been received, which can take some time, as in my case.

A Very good hotel at awesome location

its a very good hotel, the location is very good and the staff is very helpful and cooperative. they serve you nice food(almost like home made) and the charges are very affordable. It has free internet and parking as well. The rooms are very spacious ans the AC's work pretty well. A very good hotel
