I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will not choose to stay at AK Residency again in the future. Overall

Escalation Review – AK Residency, Rishikesh
I would like to raise an escalation regarding my recent stay at AK Residency, Rishikesh, as the overall experience was very disappointing.
Issues Faced During Stay:
The fan in the hotel room was not working, which caused inconvenience and discomfort.
The food quality was very poor and did not meet basic expectations.
The staff behaviour was rude and unprofessional, which made the stay unpleasant.
The hotel charged INR 80 for 2 water bottles, which is unreasonable.
Ideally, most hotels provide 2 complimentary water bottles per day, but this hotel provided only 1 bottle per day, which is not acceptable.
Overall Feedback:
Due to the poor room maintenance, unsatisfactory food, and unprofessional staff behaviour, my stay experience was below expectations.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will not choose to stay at AK Residency again in the future.

The air conditioning works, the hot water is available, and there's soap, but it's incredibly dirty. It hasn't been cleaned, and there's a lot of mold. The sheets and pillows haven't been changed for a long time. My body itched, and I couldn't sleep well. It would be a good hotel if it were cleaner.
