Worst and Disappointing Stay
Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. The room was poorly maintained and several basic facilities were either missing or not working.
* The air conditioner was not working, making the room very uncomfortable.
* The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay.
* The room had no proper curtains, compromising our privacy.
* The washroom was leaking, making it unhygienic and inconvenient.
The most shocking part was the dining area. The glass tabletops on almost every dining table were broken or chipped, creating a serious safety hazard. Unfortunately, my son got injured by one of the broken glass edges. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that welcomes families with children. Such dangerous conditions should never be ignored.
Despite bringing these issues to the staff’s attention, the response was slow and no meaningful action was taken. Guest safety and comfort did not seem to be a priority.
For the price we paid, this hotel offered very poor value for money. I strongly advise families, especially those traveling with children, to avoid staying here until the management improves its maintenance standards and takes guest safety seriously. We left extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

Great Stay with Just a Few Minor Downsides
Location & Transport
Peaceful Location: The hotel is located on the main road in an outer area. It is perfect if you want to stay away from the city's heavy hustle-bustle and local traffic chaos.
Easy Commute: You can easily grab a tuk-tuk (auto-rickshaw) right outside the hotel gates. It takes just about 15–20 minutes to reach all the major tourist spots.
Parking
Ample & Secure: The property has plenty of open space for car parking. The best part is that parking is completely free of cost.
️ Rooms & Cleanliness
Spotless Environment: Both the hotel premises and the rooms were exceptionally neat, clean, and well-maintained.
Amenities: The room and washroom were fully stocked with all the basic essentials, including a kettle with tea/coffee packets, clean towels, soap, shampoo, and body wash.
️ Food & Dining
In-House Restaurant: They have a good on-site restaurant that offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food options. You can choose between a buffet or ordering à la carte.
Room Service Warning: While room service is available, the menu is highly limited. During our stay, most of the food items listed were unfortunately not available.
Extra Charges to Note
Expensive Extra Bedding: While they do provide extra bedding facilities in the room, it comes at a very steep price. They charged a high rate of INR 2,000/- for just one night.
Final Verdict
A wonderful, clean, and peaceful place to stay near the airport. Just keep an eye out for the expensive extra bedding charges and try to eat at their main restaurant rather than relying on room service!

Below Expectations: Poorly Maintained Property
The staff was largely uncooperative and showed little concern for guest comfort. Room service was also unsatisfactory. Used utensils and dishes were left outside the room and were not collected even after two days, despite informing the staff.
Overall, the management needs to make substantial improvements in housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to travelers seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Srinagar.

teriible place to stay - worst staff - poor washrooms - bad odour stains spiders flies and ppor food
major issues and those cannot be tolerated - poor cleaning - there are flies in washroom toilet smell was so bad and acknowledged by manager as well - but nothing done as they were fully booked- i put my hole perfurm botlle in nathroom to have 5 hours of good sleep without smell - only 5 hours nad then again it started - stains on bed sheets - lack of staff from 9 pm to next day morning - spider in the room - fungus on walls - please pics attached - do not book this hotel ever again- i wish they refund atleast 10% OF MY STAY
