It is the first time that we come to Naples and the truth is that we leave with a good taste in our mouths both for the city and where we have stayed, Mr. Antonio (I think that is his name) and his son very attentive and friendly in everything moment we were very comfortable with the room since seeing something different we were not delighted if we return again we will surely repeat thank you very much for making our stay much more beautiful

B&B A'Luggetella, Naples, Italy
Terrible, When we arrived we had a 1.4 mile walk downhill down a track with a wheel chair to the property and then we found out that we had 3 flights of stairs up to the property which we wern't aware of, we knew there wasn't a lift but not aware of the amount of stairs as it wasn't in the original description, we had booked for a weeks stay at this property, The owner Antonio, agreed to help us re-locate and would give us our money back 100% but after many conversations the owner hasn't given us a penny back - The elderly lady I was accompany is disabled and in a wheelchair. We didnt even manage to see the room as the stairs were impossible - You need to be fit or with a car to stop at this property

Firstly, we would like to correct the information regarding the avenue: it is not 1.4 miles long but rather only 200 meters. Many of our guests' reviews confirm that the short walk offers an exceptional panoramic view of Naples.
Furthermore, it is important to emphasize that on the Booking.com website, where you made the reservation, it is clearly stated that all rooms are located on the second floor and are only accessible by stairs. We were willing to refund you; however, as it was a Booking reservation, the refund process must be handled directly with them. Nevertheless, due to the timing of the check-in scheduled for the same day, it was no longer possible to proceed with the cancellation.
We would like to highlight that it would have been helpful to be informed in advance about any accessibility needs, especially considering the presence of a guest in a wheelchair. We offer a parking space to all our guests, and while we understand that each guest has different needs, we believe that the short climb of two flights of stairs should not be problematic for the majority of guests.
