Everything was fantastic about this hotel, ease of check in, communications, comfort. Great place to stay.
Only regret was using their recommended shuttle service from the airport. Would have been cheaper and quicker if we hired a taxi, and even less expensive if we took the train.

It was our second time at this hotel and we loved it just as much as the first time. We like the proximity to the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The room is large and comfortable. The black out shades are amazing!

Overall the hotel was perfect. It was close to the Metro and walkable to many places we wanted to see. There were plenty of food and shopping options close by.
The staff every day, from check in to check out, were very helpful. They were attentive and helped set up a shuttle on our last day.
There are minor items that are worn and need repair. However they fixed items that were needed quickly (toilet not flushing fixed quickly).
CON- they don’t serve breakfast and no food in AM. The pictures show a continental breakfast but there were none for the 4 days we were there. It wasn’t a big deal, but we were expecting it from the pictures when we booked.
We would stay here again.

Excellent stay
Very nice place to stay. It’s on a side street, so hardly any street noise or traffic. Close to metro and a number of wonderful restaurants and patisserie. The staff were very kind and helpful as well as those living in the area!

Inside the rooms were great, clean, neat nice walls and floor floors. It was the outside that was the issue for me. It was like a dark alley. Maybe that's the way it is Rome. There was trash right near the front door. It made me think I might run into some rodents. I didn't see any but it looked like that area might have them. I don't know. I was a little bit, creeped out by the outside, but once we got inside, it was beautiful. The people were very nice and we enjoyed our stay comfortable beds. It was fine once you got inside.
